Returns + Refunds
Please contact customer care within 2 days of receiving your order for return and refund options. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and unopened.
We currently only offer shipping within Canada. We offer free shipping across Canada, however, for specific postal codes, a freight surcharge may apply. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Change submitted orders
We cannot modify orders that have been already placed, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
Report order problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact our customer care team via email or phone. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
