Mineraluxe Cleanse & Drain

Why:

• Cleanse & Drain is recommended for use in any hot tub prior to going onto the Mineraluxe system for the 1st time
• Cleanse & Drain is not normally needed once a hot tub is on the Mineraluxe system
• Traditional water care systems are not effective in preventing biofilm, greases, residues, scale deposits, etc. from forming on surfaces
• Cleanse & Drain cleans plumbing and other hidden surfaces of these deposits
• Cleanse & Drain releases and digests
• All natural blend of;
  • Powerful surfactants – ‘release’
  • concentrated enzymes – ‘digest’
• Nature’s way of biodegrading organics 
  • Body oils, greases, cosmetics
  • Biofilm
  • Organic accumulations
• End result is water and CO2
  • Safe to pump away to drain or lawn
• Also cleans scum-line and other hot tub surfaces exposed to the water

When:

• Prior to draining
• Time allows product to release and digest more thoroughly. Allow to soak;
  • 12 – 24 hours in routine procedure
  • 24 – 48 hours when;
    • Cleaning up biofilm
    • After other problems
      • Heavy foaming
      • Bad odours
      • Visible organic accumulations

How Much:

• Use 750 ml per application

Note: Water may not look good after application

How: 

• Maintain heated temperature
• Remove filter cartridge(s)
• Apply product directly to water
• Operate pump 3 – 5 times through soaking process (run for 5 minutes each time) with;
  • Diverter valves neutral
  • All jets operational (air off)
  • Waterfalls and other features operating
• Operating pump periodically helps release attached waste for better cleaning
• Foaming will occur – turn pump on and off to control the amount of foam

Tubs that start on Mineraluxe without performing a Cleanse & Drain treatment may experience a visible flushing of waste due to the powerful ‘repel’ feature of Mineraluxe.
