Why:

• Bromine sanitizer in granular, fast dissolving form

• Fast-dissolving granules has multiple uses:
  • primary sanitizer 
  • necessary boost when low 
  • periodic shocking
• As an instant boost:
  • Establishes residual after fresh fill
  • Re-establishes residual when <3 ppm
• Completely soluble
• pH neutral formula

When:

• As the primary sanitizer:
  • Apply daily or as needed to maintain bromine residual of 3 – 5 ppm
  • Use a reliable test kit or test strips to determine the frequency of addition
• As an instant boost:
  • Apply any time the bromine residual drops below 3 ppm
  • Ideal for use with Mineraluxe Bromine Tablets  
• As a shock treatment:
  • Weekly or after heavy use
  • Leave cover off for up to 8 hours following application

How Much:

• As a primary sanitizer or a boost:
  • Use ½  – 1 capful per 1,000 litres to establish 3 – 5 ppm
  • 1 capful = 10 grams
• As a bromine shock treatment:
  • Use 2½ capfuls per 1,000 litres
  • Do not use the tub until residual drops to 3 – 5 ppm.

Note: The demand for bromine with the Mineraluxe system is significantly less than with other systems. When first starting on the Mineraluxe system, test more frequently to determine the amount and frequency of application required for that specific situation.

How: 

• Remove cover 
• Operate pump with air off
• Diverter valve(s) neutral
• Broadcast required amount evenly across top of water
• Test to ensure desired result is achieved
