Quick Steps

Why:

  • Raises total alkalinity of hot tub water to prevent pH bounce. 

When:

  • See your Dazzle™ Retailer for a personalized water analysis. When the total alkalinity of your hot tub is less than 125 ppm, use Dazzle Alkalinity Plus. The recommended total alkalinity level is 125-150 ppm.
  • Always test with fresh fill and monthly thereafter.

How Much:

  • 18 g per 1,000 L raises total alkalinity by 10 ppm.
  • 1 capful=10 g (approx.)

How: 

  • Always adjust total alkalinity before making any pH or calcium hardness adjustments.
  • Operate pump with air off. 
  • Sprinkle slowly into hot tub water. 
  • Allow water to circulate for 1-2 hours.
  • Always test and rebalance pH after application of Dazzle Alkalinity Plus
