The Eliminator Basket is the preferred and most effective way to use the Dazzle Eliminator metal removal product. Each plastic basket will hold 1 Dazzle Eliminator pouch (either size) so it can be placed in the hair and lint baket of the pump (ideal method of application).
Eliminator is a metal remover and stain preventer in an easy-to-use pouch format. This unique insoluble polymer material is held in a small fabric pouch. When water flows across the pouch, metals are attracted to and bind with the polymer material. Once bound, they cannot release back into the water. No metals, no stains. Ideal for use in pools, hot tubs, fountains and water features. The 4.0 ppm product will remove 4.0 ppm of total metals over a 30 day period in an 80,000 L pool. The product can be left in place until 4.0 ppm of metals have been absorbed. In lower metal situations, one pouch could last for years. Ideal use is to place pouch in Eliminator Basket (sold separately) and place in pool pump hair strainer basket.
